The brief

Most visitors are new patients, nervous patients or parents. They want to know what things cost, what the first visit is like and when they can come in. Booking has to be one tap away from every part of the page.

Design decisions

  • The booking module is the hero: pick what it is for, a day and a time, and see the price before you ask for the slot.
  • Crisp white with a soft sky blue and a fresh mint, so the clinic feels clean and calm. Blue is kept for booking, so every next step is easy to spot.
  • Outfit, a round geometric sans, for headings and times; Nunito Sans for reading. Friendly without feeling childish.
  • The logo is a small hanging mobile, a nod to the name. Its soft circles return as photo shapes, step markers and decoration.
  • On phones the headline sits above the booking card, so picking a time starts on the first screen.

What we built

  • Hero: a large headline, the clinic's key facts and a three-step booking card with treatment, day and time, under a hanging mobile and a round photo.
  • Promises: three soft cards: prices before we start, 45-minute check-ups, and stop whenever you raise a hand.
  • Treatments and fees: six treatment cards with how long each takes, a “from” price and a book button.
  • First visit: four numbered steps on a dotted line, each with how long it takes, above a wide photo with a note for nervous patients.
  • New patients and paying: a what-to-bring checklist, insurance and payment options, and a blue membership card.
  • Studio: three photos of the rooms in soft shapes: a rounded square, a circle and a tall pill.
  • Book and visit: opening hours drawn as a weekly bar chart, address and directions, beside a card of open times and a booking button.
